Mind to Muscle program

Join Shannan an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for a program tailored to assist riders with addressing that frustrating problem of being able to use parts of your body independently, yet simultaneously whilst sitting on your moving horse. This class will focus on improving equestrian's mental to physical engagement, by working on a riders capacity to move without compensatory patterns whilst also incorporating strength and mobility.

FRIDAYS 10AM - at Cors Parade

8 WEEK BLOCK

1 x per week 45 min session

Cost: $30 per person, $10 cancellation fee
